Refund Conditions

• 7 दिन के अंदर: Admission के 7 दिन के अंदर withdrawal पर 75% fee refund होगी (Administrative charges काटकर)
• 15 दिन के अंदर: 15 दिन के अंदर withdrawal पर 50% fee refund होगी
• Course शुरू होने के बाद: Course शुरू होने के 15 दिन बाद कोई refund नहीं मिलेगी
• Registration fee: Registration fee non-refundable है

Refund Process

• Written application submit करें institute में
• Original receipts और documents जमा करें
• 7-14 working days में refund process होगा
• Refund same mode में किया जाएगा जिससे payment हुई थी

• Basic Computer: 8th Pass (Minimum)
• Tally / Accounting: 10th Pass, Basic Computer Knowledge
• Web Design / Programming: 12th Pass recommended
• Advanced Courses: Relevant previous course or knowledge

Required Documents

• Recent Passport Size Photo (2 copies)
• Aadhar Card Copy (ID Proof)
• Last Educational Certificate
• Course Fees (Registration + First Installment)

Admission Process

• Institute visit करें या online enquiry भेजें
• Course counseling session attend करें
• Preferred batch और timing select करें
• Documents submit करें और fee pay करें
• Student ID card और course material receive करें

GPS Computer Academy में एक disciplined और respectful learning environment maintain करना सभी की responsibility है।

Students के लिए Rules

• Regular attendance mandatory है (Minimum 75%)
• Class में mobile phone silent mode में रखें
• Institute property का सम्मान करें और damage न करें
• Teachers और fellow students के साथ respectful behavior रखें
• Lab computers का उपयोग केवल study purpose के लिए करें
• Exam / Assessment में cheating strictly prohibited है
• Ragging, bullying और harassment बिल्कुल allowed नहीं है

Consequences of Misconduct

• Verbal warning (First offense)
• Written warning with parents notification
• Suspension from classes
• Expulsion without refund (Serious misconduct)

Course completion certificates की validity और acceptance अलग-अलग companies में different हो सकती है। हम किसी specific company द्वारा certificate acceptance का guarantee नहीं देते।
